Sometimes it's enough to sit and watch the ocean people life
the sky etc... In our busy lives in the west we very rarely get chance to stop
and see, or we are too scared of the silence?
After a time of floating in the infinite ocean
it's enough to just sit and watch.
To be and smile on thoughts that try and distract.
sometimes having nothing gives great insight
